Where do we ship to?

We only ship to Australia. Our product approvals and insurance only covers us for the Australian market.

How can I track my order?

Once your items have been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email.

When can I expect my order?

Please note items are shipped from our warehouse at 12pm Monday-Friday. All orders placed online with Standard Shipping will be shipped within the following day from ordering. Orders placed with Express Shipping will be shipped the following business day however in many cases we can ship on the same day as the order is received.. Invoicing & Shipping Documents

All orders are shipped with a packing slip. This document provides information about the supplied product. We do not send tax invoices (receipts) with product shipments. Tax Invoices are sent via email after funds have cleared into our account. You will typically receive your tax invoice (receipt) before the product is delivered. If you require another copy of your tax invoice, please do not hesitate to contact us,

Shipping Costs & Time Frame:

We ship with Australia Post. Please note the shipment time frame below is based on information given by Australia Post.

In our experience, regional towns usually take slightly longer.

Australia:

Standard Post Parcels have a $10.00 (inc GST) shipping fee.

WA, SA, VIC, NSW (3 – 5 Business Days – Monday – Friday))

NT, TAS, QLD (4 – 7 Business Days – Monday-Friday)

Express Post Parcels have a $16.00 (inc GST) shipping fee (1 – 2 Business Days).
